The Train the Trainer Certification will give you a foundational understanding of delivering and assessing training in the workplace. This course only has to be completed once every 2 years.
You will learn how to:

- Deliver teaching and learning effectively.
- Understand the role of assessment and how to carry out assessment
- Be aware of common ‘Do’s and don’ts’ when delivering training
